The conference is taking place at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario.
To qualify to attend, you must either be:
1) a member of law enforcement (including corrections) currently on a negotiation team or aspiring to be on a team, or
2) a mental health professional currently supporting a law enforcement crisis negotiation team.
